This policy explains what personal information Swisshub Corp Limited collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Who we are
Swisshub Corp Limited (“Swisshub”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles, with its registered office at Unit F32, 1st Floor, Espace Building, Ile du Port, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. When you send an enquiry through this website or by email, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, your company or entity, your email address, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
Information we receive during an engagement
If you become a client, we will hold the information necessary to carry out the engagement. Depending on the service, this may include business records, correspondence, documents, contact details for your people and counterparties, and the material you ask us to prepare or maintain on your behalf.
Technical information
Our web host records standard server log information, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build visitor profiles.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are able to help.
- To provide the services set out in an engagement, and to administer that engagement.
- To keep accurate records of the work we have carried out.
- To meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations that apply to us.
- To protect our legitimate interests, including establishing or defending legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without being asked to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary: with service providers who help us operate (for example email, document storage and website hosting providers, acting on our instructions); with professional advisers where we need their input on a matter; and with authorities or regulators where we are legally required to do so. We do not disclose client information for any other purpose.
Where it is held
Information may be stored or processed outside Seychelles, including by service providers located elsewhere. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the information continues to be protected to an appropriate standard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as is useful to respond to them and then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them by law or professional obligation, or as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with any question arising from the work.
Keeping it secure
We apply access controls, confidentiality obligations and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. Access within the firm is limited to the people who need it to carry out the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information and we are required to do so.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide you with a copy, to correct anything inaccurate, to delete information we no longer need, or to restrict or object to particular uses. If you are in a jurisdiction whose data protection law applies to you — including the Seychelles Data Protection Act or, for visitors in the EEA and UK, the GDPR — those rights apply as that law provides.
To make a request, write to info@swisshubcorpltd.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
